We employ democracy at work, meaning all worker owners get a say in large decisions. It also means each owner has personally invested time, sweat, and money to own this company equally. It means working more when the company needs it, and forgoing money sometimes when worker owners vote to leave money with the company for a big project.We are a small business. Owners are expected to work more when there is more to do, work less when things are slow. We are paid monthly and our payouts are based on profit- not a guaranteed wage. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, this could be a place for you!While everyone who works here is enthusiastic about herbal medicine, not everyone works with herbs. Some are wholesale account reps, marketing folks, or workers that plan and staff events.
