Shipping Policies

Shipping:. We ship all orders Mondays-Fridays, minus holidays (which are noted in our calendar). Orders placed after 2 PM are fulfilled the following business day. We will notify you if an item is on backorder or will be delayed. Please note that shi

Shipping Damage

If your items are damaged in shipping, please take a photo of the item and the packaging (for insurance purposes) and email us with the photo(s). We will ship a replacement ASAP.

Local Pickup

There are some customers in Columbus, Ohio still used to being able to pick up an order locally within a few days of ordering it. This is no longer possible the way we used to do this.We moved to West Virginia, so "local" isn't what it used to be!We
